The EpiPen® trainer gives you the chance to practice using your EpiPen®, so if you ever need it for real then you know what to do.
How about having an 'EpiPen® party' with your family and friends so everyone knows how to use it, just in case. Perhaps organise an 'EpiPen® Training' session with your local allergy support group. Tell us your plans for an EpiPen® session and we will do what we can to help.
