How?

To register for the above discounts, please fill in the following details, and we will send you a special "Discount Code" that you can type into the "Voucher Code" box as you checkout when purchasing retail shop items on this website. 

PLEASE ALLOW TWO BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION with the Supergold Card Department of the Ministry of Social Development. Only once we heard back with a confirmation, then we will email you with the discount details; after which you can place your first order. 

For prescriptions, please ask your practitioner to directly fax your prescription to:

NZ Online Chemist Fax 09 416 1703, and ask them to post the original prescription to 6/45 Luckens Rd, West Harbour, Auckland 0618.

Alternatively it can be scanned/emailed to customerservice@nzonlinechemist.co.nz by you or your practitioner then posted to us.
