...for fully subsidised medicines from your GP or public hospitals. Excludes non-subsidised items; private specialist/dentist/optometrist prescriptions
- FREE DELIVERY to your door, throughout NZ
...for prescriptions. No shipping fee nationwide for ANY number of items on the prescription!
A shipping fee of $5.00 will apply on partially or non-subsididsed prescriptions items and retail orders under $50 unless you also have a funded prescription item at the same time, after-which we will refund the $5.00 fee.
- Please ask your practitioner to directly email your prescription to West Harbour Pharmacy or NZ Online Chemist (Facility ID# F35037-J): customerservice@nzonlinechemist.co.nz
- We strive to send your prescriptions as soon as possible. However if you require your prescription urgently or if it is for an item that you need to start taking straight away (such as antibiotics), please obtain those also from your local pharmacy/chemist.
- Non-Subsidised Prescription items (NSS) are listed on our website and you can pre-purchase them in original packs and follow the above process. If a prescription-item you require is not listed on our website, please contact us and we will upload it for you.
- We cannot dispense any prescriptions not written by a currently registered New Zealand Doctor, Midwife or Dentist
- We will not dispense any suspicious prescriptions and will report it to the appropriate authorities.
- In accordance with NZ Law and Health regulations, any Medicines cannot be returned for credit because once it has left the pharmacy, we cannot guarantee it has been stored in an acceptable environment and whether it has been tampered with. Signature Required on Delivery:
We require a signature for all our parcels to protect your product(s) and protect us, to avert any dispute. This is because there has been lot of theft of parcels recently so it's to provides insurance if your product is lost or stolen. If you are not at the delivery address, the courier will usually leave a “Card to Call” where you can re-direct the delivery OR pick it up from the Courier Depot.
You can request "no-signature", but if you do so, we will NOT be liable for any loss should the courier driver have left your parcel in the letterbox or door-step.
We are not liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to circumstances beyond our control. Once a parcel leaves our premises, deliveries become beyond our control.
