Adults and children over 12 years of age take 2 tablets initially, followed by 1 tablet after each loose unformed stool as needed. Do not take more than 8 tablets in any 24 hour period and do not use for more than 48 hours.
Warnings:
Should you have a fever or notice blood in your stools consult your doctor before using Imodium Advanced. As with most medicines, do not use in pregnancy or lactation except on a doctors advice. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
