We can dispense and deliver your prescription medicines to your door within NEW ZEALAND only and under the following conditions.
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE:
A) You will be charged a 20% refund fee, as we get charged credit card and refund processing fees, if you fail to provide a valid prescription from a NZ registered doctor upon purchasing this product.
B) This is a refrigerated product. We try to courier such products early in the week e.g. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so as to avoid the parcel being stuck in the courier depots over the weekend. While the Couriers aim for our urgent parcels to be delivered overnight, sometimes the deliveries can take an extra day or so due to unforeseen circumstances.
So we cannot guarantee you will receive it overnight and in a cold condition. Most refrigerated medicines allow for it be used if it has become warm within 28 days after which it should be discarded. We will not be liable for any replacement whatsoever should the product has been received outside the 24hour window. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Otherwise please try and purchase it from your local pharmacy near you is most advisable.
Process:
(1) Please ask your practitioner to directly send your prescription to NZ Online Chemist: customerservice@nzonlinechemist.co.nz or West Harbour Pharmacy
(2) Payment methods include: internet banking; Credit Card over the phone or through our website by pre-purchasing the correct item & quantity or it can be arranged by the pharmacist who will send you a link (via email) for an invoice/online checkout.
(3) We will give you a call in few days after to follow up, provide counselling and answer any questions you may have.
We will NOT dispense/deliver any prescriptions NOT written by a currently registered New Zealand Doctor, Midwife or Dentist, even if you pre-purchased the item online here. You will be charged a 20% refund fee if you have pre-purchased it online and your prescription does not meet the criteria set out in our policy.
